Disclaimer – Health Assessments & Online Health Assessment Information

PureLife makes every effort to ensure that all health assessments are delivered as described in PureLife company literature and pre-assessment presentations. However, some tests may not be appropriate for clinical reasons and it will be at the nurse’s discretions as to whether some of the tests are omitted from the assessment. The price quoted is all-inclusive and there will be no reduction for tests omitted.

PureLife’s Health Assessments are designed to be as accurate as possible. As well as using approved equipment we follow a strict & continuous quality control policy. However, no test is perfect and occasionally a false test result may occur. In this event, PureLife cannot be held responsible though we will provide a re-test if the result is in doubt or appears to be inaccurate.

Similarly, every effort is made to ensure that all information entered into personal member websites (from health assessment results) is accurate. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information.

PureLife Health Assessments are designed to provide a detection service only. In the event that an abnormal result occurs, PureLife will bring the result to the member’s attention. However, we do not offer medical advice or information relating to that abnormality. In the event that an abnormal result does occur we suggest you bring the information to the attention of your GP.
